Seam Date

The pivot date where an old source table hands history over to a new one.

In a SOURCE_MERGES cell, the seam date is the precise pivot point where an old source table stops and a new one takes over, with explicit rules for the overlapping history around the seam. It makes a source migration a controlled, dated handover instead of a silent discontinuity in the data.
