Anti-pattern
The anti-pattern: a method's vocabulary becomes insider language, splitting the team into those who can follow the conversation and those who cannot.
Every method has a technical cost that gets estimated, and a social cost that does not. The social cost is what the method does to the people around it: who can join the conversation, who goes quiet, and where the line falls between the initiated and everyone else. It is invisible in a tooling comparison and decisive in delivery.
