The Validation Loop

Generate → validate → flag, don't guess → improve — and improve the checks too.

The loop that makes an intelligence layer trustworthy: rules check the output at input, intermediate and output stages; on a mismatch the system flags rather than guesses; a human resolves the flag; and the rule itself is sharpened. Two things improve together — the data and the rules. Rules are the forgotten third of data + AI + rules; without them you've built something worse than nothing, because it's wrong with confidence.
